Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement, swimwear, a reusable water bottle, sun protection and any personal medication. Mats, props and towels are provided on site.
Date changes are accepted up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations and refunds, please contact our reservations team — we will always try to find a solution that works for you.
Yes. Our kitchen is fully vegetarian and we cater for vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements. Let us know your needs when you book.
Absolutely. Our classes run at all levels, and our teachers offer modifications throughout. Many of our guests arrive with no prior yoga experience at all.
Accommodation, daily meals, all scheduled classes and workshops, and access to the pool, sauna and meditation gardens. Treatments and therapies are booked separately.
